The most important thing you could know about me is that Jesus Christ is my Savior. I am trying my best to live my life for Him, because He died for me!

I am striving constantly to improve and become more Christ-like. I am, and while on this earth I will always be, a work in progress. I tend to be really good at getting jammed up!!

Which is why it takes living intentionally. This isn’t easy and it isn’t natural.

Think about just one thing about yourself that you would like to change. Maybe you want to lose weight, get in shape, read your bible more, break a bad habit, etc. What are the chances that it’s going to happen accidentally? Pretty much none. You have to be intentional about the behaviors that will change “that thing”. Again, not easy and not natural.

This is also true for being a better spouse, a better parent, doing better in school, doing better at your job, becoming more Christ-like, and so on and so on.

I am the wife of a fabulous, God-fearing man and mother of a boy who shows me every day that our sin-nature is not learned, we are born with it! 😉

I am also a tomboy and always have been. I don’t love spending lots of time getting dolled up and never really have. But, that doesn’t mean I don’t like to look and feel pretty! Unfortunately, you combine the struggle with weight with the cluelessness about fashion, makeup and accessorizing, it’s sometimes really hard to feel pretty!

But, for me, I discovered Jamberry nail wraps a few years ago and they are the piece of the puzzle I was looking for! While I don’t have the patience (or skill) to paint my nails, I can put on beautiful nail art that has no dry time. And no matter how much of a hot mess I am, my nails always look gorgeous!

So no matter how much I may be all jammed up, my nails are also always all jammed up! 💖
