Good morning! Today I am very happy to report that I am sore from last night’s exercise, which included Workout 1 of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD and about 25 minutes of Wii Fit exercises.
Why am I actually happy about that this time? Because it’s the GOOD sore this time. That little pulling of the muscles when you use them that actually feels good, not the debilitating kind that makes it difficult to function regularly.
The scale isn’t moving much as I think I’m only down 1/2 lb this week, but I must be losing inches and not pounds right now, which I’m just fine with! I don’t care what the scale says as long as my clothes are comfortable!
